Eligible customers will work closely with their Volvo Sales Consultant and provide them with proof of employment in order to obtain your company's Partner Code. You can also contact your Human Resources or Employee Benefits department to acquire this Partner Code which is unique to your company or organization. You will need this Partner Code in order to register for the site and to receive access to the exclusive A-Plan by Volvo offers.
What Is a Volvo Pin and How Does It Work?
To secure the exclusive offers and negotiation-free pricing of A-Plan by Volvo, you will need a Volvo PIN. This Volvo PIN must be generated by the eligible customer themselves or for a same household family member. Once generated, customers will receive an email confirmation containing your Volvo PIN. A-Plan pricing is available on new Volvo vehicles only. For Certified Pre-Owned Volvo vehicles, there is no pre-negotiated pricing structure but eligible members can now receive a $500 A-Plan CPO bonus with the purchase of a Certified Pre-Owned Volvo. You'll have the option to custom order your Volvo or select one from our extensive selection of inventory. How To Purchase A Vehicle Through A-Plan by Volvo - 4 Simple Steps
It only takes 4 simple steps to purchase a vehicle through A-Plan by Volvo.
- Register using your company's Partner Code. Motorcars Volvo will be glad to assist you with registration at the dealership for your convenience.
- Generate a Volvo PIN
- Visit Motorcars Volvo
- Present your Volvo PIN to the retailer to start your negotiation-free buying or leasing experience.
You will need to provide the retailer will proof of eligibility documentation (ie. Employee ID badge, pay stub, or WD) in order to be qualified for the A-Plan offer.
*A PIN Sponsor is defined as the eligible A-Plan participant. Sponsors may purchase the vehicle themselves or generate PIN numbers for eligible immediate family members. Sponsors are responsible for managing their PIN allocation, and helping to ensure that customers follow the rules. If a customer fails to follow the rules, (including the length of ownership requirement) the sponsor's plan eligibility may be at risk. Vehicles purchased or leased by customers sponsored by an employee, retiree, or surviving spouse, will count against the total number of vehicles that may be sponsored during a given calendar year. If after ordering a vehicle under the terms of the new vehicle purchase program, the customer cannot take delivery from the designated Volvo Dealer, the customer must promptly advise a sales representative.
